The Story Behind the Work

My career beginnings were in healthcare, and later, I spent years climbing the corporate ladder until burnout stopped me in my tracks. That experience taught me what real transformation looks like: moving from constant push to living a life rooted in ease and alignment. That shift changed everything.

Now, I help ambitious women professionals without kids at home reclaim their time, energy, and sense of self through creative wellness coaching built on my Easeful Ambition Flowstate™, a framework where ease and ambition finally flow together.

I also support wellness and creative founders through visual consulting, refining the look and feel of their brands so they can show up with clarity and confidence.
